Scheduling Appointments

At Bayview Optimal Performance, we utilize online scheduling to make things simple and easy for patients. All you have to do is click on the following link or type it into the browser of your smart phone or computer:

mychiropractor.setmore.com

If you are a new patient, please fill out the new patient form that is located on this website and then schedule a new patient exam. You will receive a confirmation phone call as soon as Dr. Callahan reviews your paperwork.

Existing patients simply follow the same steps and select the type of appointment they wish to make. We are more than happy to accommodate appointments that are outside of standard business hours, but those will still need to be made through a phone call or text.

Basic Fee Structure

Dr. Callahan strongly believes in transparency when it comes to health care pricing. He is committed to providing you the best health care possible, and doesn't allow a third party to dictate the quality or quantity of your care. Payment is due either in advance, or at the time services are rendered, and you will never receive a bill or have any unexpected charges. The basic price structure is outlined below.

All new patients must go through a New Patient Exam. This is the same procedure that you would expect to see in any health care office. The exam that is best for your needs will be determined in a discussion with Dr. Callahan at your first visit. The exam is very comprehensive and will be tailored to fit your individual needs. You should plan on the exam taking between 90 minutes and two hours.

New Patient Visit -- $150, which covers the patient history, exam and all adjustments, needling, cupping and taping that is needed during the first visit

After an exam is completed, the following fees can be expected:

Chiropractic Session  --  $50
Dry Needling Session -- $50
Cupping                      -- $40

Nutritional Analysis   --  $40

Chiropractic and Dry Needling Combo -- $80

In addition to these basic fees, multiple exclusive packages are also offered in limited quantities for long term performance based comprehensive care. If you are interested in learning more about these, please mention this to Dr. Callahan and he will be happy to discuss the available packages.
